If the Kashmir has been set up correctly a lake data base WORLD.LAK
defaultly attached are opened. If you need other data base please select
[File]-[Open]-[Pleace name (NDB)] or click -[Lake (LAK)] or click 
button. Then a lake data file will be opened.
When you create a new lake data base select [File]-[New]-[Lake (LAK)].
(Information)
The attached lake data base has a minimum data set. Please add new
lakes according to the way shown in the next page. In some cases with digtal
map you may not be avle to add a new lake. This is caused by a problem
with the digital map.
